I started a Folding@Home team. If you want to join just follow the steps, if you don’t know what you are doing.

• Go to http://folding.stanford.edu/English/Download
  • Click the first “Microsoft Windows” logo to download the system installer
• Run the downloaded software and install
• Click “Start > All Programs > Folding@home-x86 > Folding@home”
  • If it asks you to fill out information
    • Fill in “User name”
    • Fill in “Team number” with my team number 158132
    • Click “OK”
  • If it does not ask you to fill out information
    • Right click the “F@H” icon in your “System Tray”
    • Click “Configure”
    • Follow the steps above
• Once you hit this step you are finished
